Arrive @ the Rise And Shine Running Studio
On registration you'll receive information with clear directions and what to bring to the clinic. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed, given your agenda, then we'll get started with some basic housekeeping and introductions. Before the teaching starts, we'll take a brief video of your running to personalize your clinic experience.

10:00 - 11:45 am
Let's Get Moving!
After our content review, we'll get you out and running using video analysis to check in on your current technique. We'll look for what's working well and any places we can work increase efficiency.
11:45 - 12:00 pm
Group Discussion & Clinic Close
You did it - time to celebrate! As the clinic comes to a close, we'll discuss personal progress and you'll get your Top Three focuses to work on

LOCATION
Bethel, Vermont is a small town with a big heart. Best known for it's Bethel White Granite (used to build Union Station in DC and the Museum of Natural History in NYC). The Rise And Shine Running Studio is located within the Green Mountain Commerce Center, just off of Interstate 89 and has ample non-metered parking.
