Your host, Sarah Richardson, is a lifelong runner and coach for recreational runners. Her business, Rise And Shine Running, takes a holistic approach to the sport, creating personalized training plans for each unique runner - with the ultimate goal of lacing up for a lifetime - in a fun, kind, and fulfilling way.
Sarah incorporates ChiWalking as a vital part of her healthy routine, seamlessly blending it into her practice. Following a fibula break that required two surgeries, she used ChiWalking as a pathway back to running with success. Through this experience, she deeply appreciates the invaluable contribution ChiWalking has made to her overall practice and wants to share it with others in honor of National Walking Month.
